Is IGS Energy licensed? 

Yes, IGS Energy is licensed by the Illinois Commerce Commission to serve residential and commercial electricity and natural gas customers. Our natural gas license (#13-0478) was issued on September 18, 2013. Our electric license (#11-0178) was issued on April 5, 2011. mc² will continue to operate and serve customers independently in the Illinois market as a licensed retail electric supplier.

Will this change impact me? 

You should not experience **any** change in your relationship with mc2. All employees will be included in this acquisition and will continue to support mc2 customers.

Will this change how I pay my bill?
